I was referred to ICA by my insurance agent after my insurance company would not return my calls and was low balling me on a claim after a hurricane. I spoke with Ricardo, told him the problem and he took over the claim. He inspected the property and dealt with the insurance company and I was able to get the money needed to repair my property. I never had to deal with the insurance company again. Every time I called, texted, or emailed him, he returned my message within minutes usually but never more than a couple hours. He kept me up to date on his dealing with the insurance company and what was coming ahead. The money I paid ICA was well worth what the price. I will never deal with a claim again. I will call Ricardo and would recommend anyone else dealing with a loss after a hurricane do the same.
