Hurricane Ian was the first storm that we had a lot of damage to our house. We never had to use our home insurance so we were not sure how that worked. I submitted a claim to our insurance. We had alot of work that had to be repaired including our roof. They did not even give us enough for our roof . We reached out to Ricardo and let him know our situation .
