That was just by phone… in person was even more assuring I called the right company after an hour or so research of service in my area. ICA Insurance is a very professionally run business. Ricardo did whatever he said he would. Whenever I got a little worried about something, I would stop worring after I talked with him. He always responded when you called. Frankly. He just took the problem away from you. After checking him out and seeing him operate, I trusted him completely. Even when you bugged him, he alway took the time to explain. Ricardo did very well for me with my insurance. I struggled until he took over. I never stopped thanking him because the insurance company was a trip…very frustrating. Ricardo is also a religious person. And I believe he lives it. Hurricane Ida was our first experience with hurricanes and insurance claims. After several no shows and what we felt was unfair fees from other companies Riccardo not only had fair fees but also showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would. He really did a great job.

My insurance experience was not pleasant and the desk adjusters were a joke. Got alot of talk and call back numbers with extension numbers. I received the same talk and promise to answer when I called. A dozen desk adjusters later, and no one would answer the phone. The only way I got a response was to complain on PROGRESSIVE website. Got call back from an adjuster within 5 minutes. Alot of promises, no action. Wasn’t until I got in touch with ICA that things started happening. Ricardo was a pleasant soft spoken man who knew his business. He said he would handle everything for us. And he did. When the insurance company started calling, I informed them that I was done with them and to handle everything through ICA and Ricardo handled it all. It was a true pleasure working with him.

I was referred to ICA by my insurance agent after my insurance company would not return my calls and was low balling me on a claim after a hurricane. In November 2021 I was involved in an interior water leak accident while staying as a guest at an Extended Stay America in Orlando Fl, and quite a bit of my personal items were damaged during that accident. The hotel filed an insurance claim to repair their property but claimed not to be liable for my losses, while a paying guest on their property. I reached out to ICA for help going up against against a hotel chain giant and their insurance attorneys, well, ICA got their PAs to cover my losses. Had it not been for the tenacity and being a true advocate for their client I would still be trying to fight a battle I am not trained to fight and likely lose. My sincerest thanks to ICA!
